Where possible we use Australia Post for all smaller items, they offer live tracking, speedy delivery services and always leave a card allowing you to collect from the nearest Australia Post location if you are not home to receive your delivery! As soon as your item has been dispatched you will be notified via email and be able to track your order online.

Our standard shipping arrangement will require a signature upon delivery; however, you can select an option at checkout to leave the order at your door. If you are not at home at the time of delivery and you have not given an authority to leave the package, your parcel will be stored at your local post office depot and a card will be left with information on how to collect or reschedule delivery.
If the parcel has not been collected within 10 business days, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Note: for residential deliveries being made by Australia Post, they can occur as early as 7am. For business addresses, the delivery will be made during standard business hours, 9am to 5pm AEST.
