Should you change your mind about a purchase you can return the item within 14 days of having received it and can opt for either a store credit or a full refund. With change of mind returns, any promotional discount used on the order will be non refundable and the voucher will not be reactivated.
All return requests must be raised within 14 days of the date you received your order and the item must be unused and in original condition to obtain a full refund.
Please note that for a change of mind return all return costs, are non refundable. Therefore, the following fees and charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from Life Interiors.
- Delivery charges to return the product to Life Interiors.
We require the returned product(s) to be unused and in the original packaging. Any items that are not returned to us in the original packaging and/or in original condition will incur an additional handling fee (deducted from your refund).
It is the customers responsibility that all items returned due to change of mind are returned in a safe manner. Please pack the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us, original packaging is required in instances where the customer has changed their mind, would like to exchange for a different item, or would like a refund/store credit.
Life Interiors can be of assistance with the best carriers to use. Life Interiors will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods. If any such goods are received damaged, a credit/refund will not be issued.
Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and the refund will be issued within 7 business days. We will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any shipping costs and additional handling fees.
