To return a purchase, a Life Interiors staff member must be contacted, to obtain a return authorisation form. Prior to returning the item, this form must be completed and emailed to your sales representative for approval. It is then to be included inside one of the carton. Please print and place inside the box.
Original packaging is required in instances where customers have changed their mind or would like to exchange for a different item, or would like a refund/store credit. Please note that the items must be unused and returned within 14 days of purchase.
