On rare occasions, we may accidentally ship the wrong item to you, we apologise if this is true in your case!
If you have received an incorrect item, let us know as soon as you can by contacting our customer service team HERE, ideally within 3 business days of receiving your delivery, with the following information:
- Order number
- Item name
- Photo of the item you received
We will then send out the correct item as soon as possible and arrange for the pickup and return of the incorrectly shipped item at no cost to you.
