We are dispatching orders out, business as usual, however, we ask you have patience with some of our shipping carriers who are experiencing some unavoidable delays due to the effects of COVID-19 and the current weather conditions on their services.
COVID-19 is still affecting more than just our national network, with many of our overseas suppliers facing multiple closures due to the ongoing effects of the virus. There is also a backlog and strain on international and national shipping ports due to these ongoing effects.
We wanted to give you an update on why we're still being impacted by the effects of the pandemic and how that affects orders placed with us.
We always aim to be transparent and honest with our customers and believe that these impacts may still carry through to the end of this year. Whilst we are trying our best to provide accurate lead times, unfortunately, this does mean that some of our shipments are undergoing delays, with lead times being pushed out.
