Sydney Showroom Reopening
Our Sydney showroom will open by appointment only, keep scrolling to book a slot with one of our friendly Sydney Stylists and visit our Lilyfield store.
We will be practicing safe social distancing in line with government recommendations, to facilitate this there will be a limit of two people per appointment.
All visitors over the age of 12 will be required to wear a face mask whilst visiting the showroom, we kindly ask you to keep it on for the duration of your appointment.
We will take a temperature check via a no-touch thermometer, this will be done for all staff and customers entering the showroom.
We will ask you to check in via the Service.NSW app on arrival and provide your contact details to our team
Please bring evidence of a double COVID-19 vaccination, in the form of an online immunisation history statement or a COVID-19 digital certificate from the Australian Immunisation Register.

Our Hygiene Policy
We are actively following the NSW Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) guidelines, and keeping up to date with the rapidly changing situation.
We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and team members as a priority, and have implemented the following measures in our offices and showrooms:
1. Any office or retail team members who are experiencing any flu-like symptoms including fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or shortness of breath are asked to remain home, and follow the precautions around self-isolation and self-care as advised by a health professional.
2. All office and retail team members have been trained to practice social distancing, increased and thorough hand washing, including before and after any social interactions.
3. All work areas, showroom areas, warehousing, and dispatch areas have increased cleaning practices, with frequent sanitation of high touchpoints, with the provision of hand sanitiser gels, disinfectant wipes, and sprays.
4. All our courier partners have provided updates to their hygiene standers, and changes in process around deliveries. With the introduction of contact-less delivery, authority to leave and safe social distancing.
These measures will remain in place, and will continue to evolve in line with global and national policies to maintain safe and healthy work environments, showroom spaces and deliveries.
We encourage you to take care of those most vulnerable, and where possible support and champion small and local businesses during this time.
